West Academic Study Aids

West Academic Study Aids may be accessed at https://subscription.westacademic.com/. While physically on campus or connected through the VPN, students can create a free account in order to access this resource off-campus. Creating an account also allows you to add and save notes and highlight text. Use your @ufl.edu email account when creating your account.

The West Academic Study Aids database includes course outlines, case briefs, and study guides. Among the series included in this database are Black Letter Outlines, Concepts and Insights, Concise Hornbook Series, Gilbert Law Summaries, Nutshells, Short & Happy Guides, and Sum and Substance Audio. A good starting point are the dropdown menus immediately below the search with 1L subjects and 2L/3L subjects.

The Aspen Publishing Learning Library (formerly Wolters Kluwer Online Study Aid Library) may be accessed at https://ebooks.aspenlaw.com/bookshelf. While physically on campus or connected through the VPN, students can create a free account in order to access this resource off-campus. Creating an account also allows you to add and save notes, highlight text, and download content for offline use. Use your @ufl.edu email account when creating your account.

The Aspen Publishing Learning Library includes course outlines, case briefs, and study guides. Among the series included in this database are Emanuel Law Outlines, Examples & ExplanationsGlannon Guides, and In Other Words.
