Checkpoint provides access to internal revenue code and regulations, tax cases, IRS documents, legislative history, treaties, and secondary sources (annotations and explanations, treatises, and journals).

First time users must set up a user name and password.
1. Go to http://www.taxnotes.com/user.
2. Enter your UF email address and click "Next".
3. Fill out the form and click "Register".
After you set up a password you can access from anywhere by signing in to TaxNotes.com.
Excellent current awareness service (publishers of Tax Notes Magazine). Also provides best access to many hard-to-find IRS documents. Like other databases listed, includes all tax primary sources (cases, code, regulations, legislative history, treaties).
