Topic Ideas = Current Awareness Tools

Current awareness tools help lawyers keep up with recent developments in the law. Recent developments in the law are great ideas for seminar papers!  The following are examples of current awareness tools:

Blogs (or blawgs):

  • Law Professor Blogs.com: the nation's only network of legal blogs edited primarily by law professors
  • Or just Google: "cultural competency" law blog; "cultural lawyering" blog; etc.
  • Or, if you have picked a topic already in a particular area of law, Google: [area of law] blog then search within that for posts about cross-cultural lawyering
