Overview
Committee prints are publications used by Congressional committees for various purposes. They are generated primarly for internal use by the committee.
According to the Government Printing Office website, "some basic varieties of committee prints include: draft reports and bills, directories, statistical materials, investigative reports, historical reports, situational studies, confidential staff reports, hearings, and legislative analyses."
