Local publications can be difficult to locate at times. The internet is providing more and more access to documents, but do not be surprised if what you are looking for is not readily availble.

  2. If you are looking for county or city ordinances, many may be found on Municode.com.
  3. If you are looking for general information about your county or city's policies on a particular topic, try to locate an official government web portal for your county or city.If cannot locate the information online, try to locate the contact information for the city/county depratment that seems to relate to your issue and email or call them.
  4. If cannot locate the information online, try to locate the contact information for the city/county department that seems to relate to your issue and email or call them.

  5. UF has some materials for various Florida counties. To determine what UF has collected, check the UF catalog.
